Description

Tafluprostamide, also known as Tafluprost ethyl amide, is a derivative of 17-phenyltrinorprostaglandin F2α (17-phenyltrinor PGF2α). As the free acid, tafluprost is a highly potent FP receptor agonist with a Ki of 0.4 nM.

PG ethyl amides tend to increase lipid solubility, improve tissue absorption, and further reduce effective concentration.

For research use only. Not for human consumption.
