Product Introduction
Sodium perborate is a white free-flowing granular inorganic peroxide with a ring structure. Based on crystal water content, it can be divided into sodium perborate tetrahydrate and sodium perborate monohydrate. Sodium perborate is produced by the reaction of borax, hydrogen peroxide, and sodium hydroxide.
Sodium perborate monohydrate is obtained by further dehydrating the tetrahydrate form. It is widely used in high-temperature or cold-water washing. Due to its higher oxygen release rate, sodium perborate monohydrate forms active oxygen species in aqueous solution that produce a bleaching effect (often referred to as NOBS or DECOBS).
