Magnetic Silica Beads for DNA and RNA Extraction

Silica magnetic beads are specially designed for the extraction and purification of DNA and RNA. The numbers of the hydroxyl groups of silicon are indicated. In conditions of high salt content and low pH, magnetic beads specifically bind DNA and RNA without protein and other substrates that interfere with the polymerase chain reaction due to the hydrophobic effect of hydrogen bonding and electrostatic interaction. As part of this method, we are creating an automated platform for mass collection of samples and clinical samples.

Product Features

Addition

1. Purification of products by PCR.

Storage and shelf life

Store at 4°C/ at normal temperature, shelf life is 2 years.

Note

1. During use, carefully suspend the balls for a few minutes.

  1. The balls should not be frozen, centrifuged or dried, otherwise it will affect the result of use.

Instructions for use

Typically, 5-20 µl of magnetic beads were used for each test with the addition of the optimal amount of absolute ethyl alcohol. The volume of ethyl alcohol should be more than half of the total volume.
