This sulfur granulation release agent is an anti-adhesive and release agent with excellent performance. It is a silicone emulsion-type release agent with the following advantages:

This product is used to protect equipment surfaces from scaling and corrosion caused by aggressive and easily adhering substances such as sulfur. It does not affect the quality or color of the target product.

How to Use

1. Dilute with water 1–3 times before use. The specific dilution ratio should be determined based on product complexity and specific conditions.

2. Do not add any other ingredients to the concentrate except water.

3. Spray the release agent onto the pretreated or cleaned mold 3–5 times at normal processing temperature to ensure even distribution of the release agent on the mold.

4. Each spray application can be used 3–5 times.

Storage

Keep the container tightly sealed after use. Diluted lotion should be used within three days. Store in a cool place.
