Description

Polyurethane thickener is a functional polymer formed by the reaction of polyols and isocyanates. It is added to oil-containing systems to increase viscosity and viscoelastic properties. It forms a network structure, stabilizes the formulation, prevents separation, simplifies application, and provides thixotropy.

Polyurea thickeners are produced using our patented formula with specialized equipment and processes. This product is not classified as a regulated chemical substance. It is environmentally friendly, safe, easy to use, transport, and store. The product significantly reduces the threshold and production cost of polyurea greases. We have developed product series with different compositions and structures to meet various requirements. Customization is available upon request.

Usage Instructions

• Products are hygroscopic, so sealed packaging is recommended during storage.

• During long-term storage, products tend to form lumps, which does not affect application, but lumps should be crushed before use.

• Products contain fine particles that can easily become airborne. Ensure workplace ventilation and follow safety precautions to prevent dust inhalation and dust explosion due to accumulation.
