Product Overview
GK-001A is a polymer processing additive developed using advanced dispersion technology. It exhibits excellent dispersibility and outstanding thermal stability, making it suitable for polymer processing at temperatures exceeding 250°C. Applications and Benefits
During extrusion and pelletizing of polyolefins, GK-001A can be dry-blended with other additives such as antioxidants and antiblocking agents before feeding into the hopper. It enhances processing efficiency, reduces gel formation, and improves final product quality.

GK-001A can also be used as a masterbatch concentrate. Typically, it is compounded with polymer at a concentration of 3–5% to form a masterbatch, which is then added at the required let‑down ratio during polymer extrusion. This approach eliminates melt fracture, reduces extrusion pressure, and minimizes die buildup.

Recommended Dosage
For direct addition, typical dosage ranges from 0.05% to 0.2% of the polymer weight, depending on the specific process and resin. When using masterbatch, follow the let‑down ratio recommendations.

Packaging
Standard packaging: cardboard box with inner polyethylene bag, net weight 20 kg per box, 600 kg per pallet. Packaging and transportation comply with international regulations.

Storage
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Keep containers sealed to prevent moisture absorption.

24 months when stored under recommended conditions.
