Production Process
Our Ca‑PSZ powder is manufactured by electric arc melting followed by rapid quenching, which yields a partially stabilized zirconia with a fine, uniform microstructure. The CaO content is carefully adjusted to achieve the desired balance of mechanical and thermal properties for specific end‑uses.
